  • Availability: Monday–Saturday, 8am–8pm (minimum 2 hours/week)

Marpe Wellbeing is a digital mental health clinic providing remote consultations across the UK, bringing together GPs, psychiatrists, psychotherapists, and psychologists to deliver expert, patient-centred care.


Join Our Growing Clinical Team

As a self-employed Consultant Adult Psychiatrist within Marpe Wellbeing, you will provide specialist psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management for adult patients presenting with a broad range of general psychiatry conditions, including depression, anxiety disorders, BPAD, OCD, personality disorders, and psychosis. You will work flexibly around your existing schedule delivering evidence-based, remote care. You will have admin/secretarial support and duty doctor clinical support.


This is a flexible, ad-hoc opportunity ideal for psychiatrists looking to diversify their caseload without a fixed contractual commitment.


Experience & Qualifications Required

You will have extensive clinical experience in general adult psychiatry, demonstrating sound clinical judgement and the ability to work autonomously within a multidisciplinary team. You will communicate effectively with colleagues and patients, manage a remote caseload efficiently, and consistently deliver safe, high-quality, patient-centred care.


Essential Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Medical degree with a postgraduate qualification (MRCPsych or equivalent)
  • Full GMC registration with a licence to practise, on the Specialist Register (General Adult Psychiatry)
  • CCT in General Adult Psychiatry
  • Experience working autonomously within multidisciplinary clinical services
  • Strong understanding of clinical governance frameworks and regulatory requirements in mental health services
  • In-depth knowledge of evidence-based assessment, diagnosis, and treatment across general adult psychiatry presentations
  • Ability to adapt to digital-first and remote clinical service delivery
  • Enhanced DBS Required
