Qualifications

Student or recent graduate with an excellent academic record

Strong interpersonal and communication skills able to make concise presentations.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

A strong intellectual curiosity. You’re a creative thinker, interested in the bigger picture.

Capability to drive an independent workstream in the context of a broader team project

Organisational skills to assist with all the behind-the-scenes magic while providing creative solutions, driving our high-level customer service, and positively impacting our work.

The Role

In this role you will play an integral role in our operations, touching base with various departments, from administration to marketing. We seek enthusiastic, motivated individuals who share our vision of shaping the future of healthcare.

Key Accountabilities:

Patient Coordination: Efficiently manage and schedule patient appointments, ensuring seamless communication between patients, doctors, and allied healthcare staff.

Liaison with Medical Professionals: Act as a bridge between doctors, patients, and the NHS, ensuring timely sharing of critical information and updates, including patient history and medication changes.
Data Management & Compliance: Regularly review and update client records, ensure adherence to Marpe Health policies, and carry out necessary audits to uphold highest standards of data integrity and compliance.
Content Creation & Marketing Initiatives: Lead content generation efforts across various platforms and assist in the execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance Marpe Health's digital presence and user engagement.
Continuous Learning & Process Improvement: Understand the dynamic digital healthcare landscape, and proactively suggest improvements in workflows, ensuring Marpe Health remains at the forefront of innovation and patient care.
