Marpe Wellbeing is a CQC-registered private healthcare provider offering GP consultations, adult and adolescent psychiatry, ADHD assessments, therapy, and medicolegal services, delivered via secure video consultation.

Background & Liability
Marpe Wellbeing provides access to a range of clinical services delivered by qualified and verified healthcare professionals. All clinicians and therapists are subject to verification prior to working with us, including but not limited to interview, confirmation of registration with the relevant regulatory body, and DBS checks.
Marpe Wellbeing shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a virus, distributed denial-of-service attack, or other technologically harmful material that may affect your device or data as a result of using our website or downloading any content from it.
Whilst we take all reasonable steps to ensure the quality and safety of the services provided, to the fullest extent permitted by law, Marpe Wellbeing excludes liability for any losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Our website and its content are not intended to constitute medical advice or a diagnostic tool. You should always obtain professional advice before taking or refraining from any action based on information found on our website.

Your Agreement
By using our services, you agree to the following:
- You must be at least 13 years of age to use our services. If you are under 18, parental or guardian consent is required prior to your appointment.
- If you are between 13 and 17 years of age, we recommend that you read these terms with a trusted adult.
- All information you provide to us must be true, accurate, and up to date. Providing inaccurate information may compromise the care you receive.
- Our services are not suitable for crisis or life-threatening emergencies. If you require immediate assistance, please call 999 or attend your nearest Accident & Emergency department.
- You acknowledge that video consultations may on occasion be subject to technical interruptions. Where this occurs, we will endeavour to resolve any issues as promptly as possible.
- You are responsible for ensuring you have a suitable internet connection and device to access your appointment.
- Marpe Wellbeing is not liable for your mobile data usage.
Bookings & Payments
- Payment for appointments is taken at the time of booking via our secure payment platform.
- Payment must be made through our platform only and never directly to a clinician or therapist.
- Any arrangement of payment made outside of our platform is a breach of these terms and Marpe Wellbeing reserves the right to restrict further access to our services should this occur.
- Appointment duration varies depending on the type of appointment booked. This will be confirmed at the time of booking.
- Marpe Wellbeing accepts Vitality health insurance. If you hold a policy with another provider, please contact us prior to booking.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- You may cancel your appointment up to 7 days before your scheduled appointment, subject to a £10 administrative fee.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of the appointment are not eligible for a refund.
- Rescheduled appointments are non-refundable.
- If you need to reschedule at short notice, please contact us by email as soon as possible.
- In exceptional circumstances, a clinician or therapist may need to cancel your appointment. If this occurs, you will receive a full refund for that session.
- Missed appointments are non-refundable.
- Sessions booked with less than 48 hours' notice cannot be refunded if cancelled.
- Marpe Wellbeing reserves the right to offer refunds or other consideration in certain circumstances at its sole discretion. Each circumstance is considered individually and any such offer does not create an obligation to do so in future.
- If you attend a session under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or behave in an abusive, threatening, or disruptive manner, the clinician or therapist is entitled to terminate the session and you will remain liable for the full payment.
Complaints
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us in the first instance at hello@marpewellbeing.uk and we will do our best to resolve the matter promptly.
If you remain dissatisfied following our internal process, you may escalate your complaint to the relevant regulatory body for the clinician or therapist concerned.
